Today I went to Ulu Ulu Safari Restaurant for dinner. As from the name, it is located inside Night Safari. It is a buffet style where the east meet the west. You get either Japanese miso soup or cream of vegetable. Rice or spaghetti etc.. But overall, the food is more towards local. It is $35+++ per person. Actually I feel it sells the ambience. Food wise nothing to shout about. The service so far ok only. The staffs mostly look grumpy. So I think go there is more for experience sake.
