COE analysis April 2nd round

This round COE up again. Cat A up $601 to $14,601. Cat B up $1,100 to $15,989. It is interesting to see how far the COE can climb. Next round is a three week break, maybe it will make the COE price goes higher. Not to mention share market up a lot lately. But I still stick to my view, it will be down soon.
