Weight Managment Success!

I have been using a calories counter apps to track what I eat. After using three months, I have successfully cut 5kg! Haa! Easy to use and painless. Best of all, it is free!

I am looking at those ads on slimming center, slimming pills etc.. Nearly tried that. But end up did not cos I find them useless. So I am thinking no need to waste such money. Just track what you eat can liao.

Yes. You still can go for your french fries etc.. But it is how you management them. I still eat buffet, ice cream etc.. So dun get me wrong thinking you cannot eat those things.
