Avoid ebags

Lately I bought a few things at eBags which is an US online retailer. But they only sent 1 item. So I email them. But for the past 2 weeks, their customer service got only one thing to say. They are still checking with the warehouse. So from my experience, this retailer should be avoided at all cost! The things there are cheap but what is the use if your item is not received?! To me, they are cheaters.
